We were tasked with leveraging and building upon key audience and industry insights, to create a modern consumer-facing brand which speaks to a larger, younger audience while staying relevant to current clientele.

Background

Norwest Venture Partners acquired online-only premium wine retailer Wine Access to capitalize on the growth potential of the D2C wine market. A new leadership team were hired and tasked with growing revenues, driving new member acquisition and increasing levels of existing customer engagement and loyalty.

Results

Higher click-through and purchase rates, a 25% increase in engagement from it’s largest customer segment and 50% increase in store sales. E-mailers using the new brand saw a 35% higher click through rate and 50% higher purchase rate compared to those featuring the old brand.
